Islandview Construction (Pty) Ltd was established in 1980 as a general maintenance services and building firm. Since then our primary focus has been upon serving multinational service providers, firms and individuals, with various services related to the civil construction and petrochemical industry. Through our extensive  history of construction ventures, we have developed a secure customer service. Proactive and timely customer service is the backbone of our company. All directors, employees, office staff, project managers and field personnel aim to please.

Islandview Construction (Pty) Ltd. has created a system for receiving, recording, analysing, forecasting and taking corrective actions on all non-conformities/complaints pointed out by customers. Customer complaints are entertained through corrective and prevention action.

Classification of Training

Islandview Construction (Pty) Ltd. is committed to provide a complete range of training required by its employees to perform their assigned responsibilities. This includes orientation training; job/equipment related training, managerial, quality system training and refresher training.

Determining Training Needs

All employees are annually assessed by their managers to determine adequacy of their existing training / qualification, and to propose what additional training they may require.
